Trump, having retracted the Greenland tariff threat last week, has cautioned that Canada may encounter 100% tariffs should it finalize a trade agreement with China. The CAC 40 experienced a decline of 26.90 points, reflecting a decrease of 0.33%, settling at 8,116.15 approximately thirty minutes after midday. Danone’s shares experienced a decline exceeding 4.5% following the company’s announcement regarding the recall of certain batches of baby formula in select markets.
