Expectations regarding a potential agreement between the U.S. and Iran increased following statements from U.S. President Donald Trump, who indicated that the two nations were ‘in negotiations right now’ and ‘want to make a deal so badly.’

The United States has reportedly put forth a 15-point peace plan to Tehran following a potential one-month ceasefire. Despite Tehran’s rejection of Trump’s assertion regarding negotiations, various media outlets indicate that initiatives aimed at achieving a diplomatic resolution have gained momentum. France’s benchmark index CAC 40 experienced an increase of 127.34 points, reflecting a rise of 1.65%, reaching a level of 7,871.26 shortly before noon.
